The apartment is located on the first floor and features a living room with an open-concept kitchen, 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and a window, and a south-facing balcony.
The living area features a cozy seating area with a TV and radio. The living room opens onto the south-facing balcony, where you’re guaranteed plenty of sunshine. Comfortable furniture makes the balcony a wonderful place to relax.
The kitchenette with dining area is integrated into the living room. A sink, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker allow you to comfortably prepare your own meals.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a small table with a chair, and a large wardrobe.
Bathrobes and beach towels are provided for you.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The owner still lives in the house.
