The rental was in a great location! We didn’t have a beach view but would see the beach from the balcony. Quiet area overall. Over all the rental was clean! Floors were a little dirty, but only seen on socks, not visibly dirty. But we understand that you are NOT going to get the floors 100% dirty free. We enjoyed the room and has a good amount of room for 2 families.
