About this apartment rental
Super comfy luxury condo close to the best restaurants and beach! Upscale amenities galore: 4 Rooftop Pools - 2 heated - with panoramic views of the Ocean, Gym, Spa, Sportsbar, Business Center, 24/7 Concierge Desk, Underground parking, Premium bedding and Toiletries + upscale Supermarket downstairs. If you forget your toothbrush, no worries - it's provided! Keurig coffeemaker and Gift Basket with wine to get your vacation off to the right start. High Speed Internet, Beach umbrella, and Picnic basket ready to go! End-unit for extra privacy.
***UPDATE/PLEASE NOTE: There is now construction noise from the condo they are building next door. If you need a quiet space to work during the day the complex has a business center with 2 private offices and a general office space that is available on a first come, first-served basis from 7am - 10pm. There is also wifi throughout the public areas. If you are mainly out during the day at the beach or touring and noise is not a concern then it's possible it may be okay for you. In any event, we have discounted our nightly rates to reflect the construction situation.
Our condo building is new with many amenities such as rooftop pools, a gym and bar. There is even a Chedraui gourmet supermarket in the complex, so you can pick up food or snacks when you need to. And help is available 24/7. There are 4 buldings and each has a Concierge Desk. The condo is super clean and features modern comfortable furniture. Up to 3 guests are allowed to stay in the condo.
