This beautiful 4 bedroom home is only located 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! The Magnolia has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home holds up to 8 adults.

As soon as you enter Magnolia, expect to be greeted with elegant modern decor and the comfort of a true southern home! The main living room and kitchen are open to one another and the perfect place to watch an Alabama football game or hang out with family. The four bedrooms are located along the left side of the home.
Fire up the grill and enjoy a little pre-game BBQ! You’ll find grills, utensils, and a cozy fire pit — just right for relaxing with friends and family. The backyard is shared with the neighboring Oak and Pecan homes, so please be kind and courteous to other guests.
Need extra room? Ask about The Chestnut Event Space! It’s perfect for group meals, tailgate parties, or simply kicking back together. Add it to your stay for an additional fee. Call or textto reserve!

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We absolutely loved our stay at Magnolia in Tuscaloosa! From start to finish, this place exceeded our expectations. The home itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and clearly cared for. Every detail felt intentional, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home.The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to everything we wanted to do, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Whether we were heading out for the day or coming back to relax, the convenience was a huge plus.The hosts were fantastic. Communication was easy, they were welcoming and responsive, and you could tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The candy and snacks waiting for us when we arrived were such a sweet touch (literally!) and a really thoughtful way to make us feel welcome right off the bat.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located, beautifully maintained spot in Tuscaloosa with hosts who go above and beyond, Magnolia is the place. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This house to me is quite literally the best place to stay in tea town for game day graduation or a visit to your student. Four big bedrooms all with bathrooms, a large open area inside and availability to a backyard seating area.
