About this house rental
This house has a spacious living room with a large fireplace, a gable roof with wooden beams and hurdle, typical clay tile flooring, the living room consists of 2 living areas and a dining room. Three bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 triple with fitted wardrobes and with windows open to the field, one of them with interior bathroom, the other only shower. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, fully equipped. Pleasant south facing exterior porch, with wooden beams, consists of a seating area and dining table for 10 people. Garden with pool of 7.50x3.50 meters. The house has WiFi in all areas, including the porch. Roof to hang clothes with laundry room. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean forest and a rustic and very relaxing atmosphere is breathed.
Nature, tranquility and relaxation .: This house is ideal for nature lovers. Its 100 hectares of mountains make it an ideal place for hiking, bird watching or simply taking a walk in the open air. If you wish you will not have to leave the area and you can take advantage of your stay to truly rest and disconnect from the bustle of the city. At the same time it has everything essential, shops, hospitals, etc. in a radius of less than 5 km.
Beaches and surf: The house is very close to the best beaches in the area, all of them less than 1 hour away by car. Cádiz, El Palmar, Sancti Petri, El Puerto de Santa María, Beach and surf lovers will be able to spend the day at any beach and go back to sleep at home avoiding the bustle of cities and looking for this quiet place.
Cultural visits and good access .: Cities as important as Cádiz, just 15km away and Seville at 90km. If you are looking to discover the Andalusian province and visit all its attractions, this house is perfectly located to explore the entire area. From the AP-4 Seville-Cádiz toll road, you can connect with the most important Andalusian cities.

This is a former farmhouse in the middle of a dry, wooded area, and it has a country feeling. It allowed us to enjoy ten laid-back days at the pool, cycling in the woods or heading for the many beaches between Sanlúcar and Tarifa. The landlady is extremely kind and helpful, and the house has pretty much everything you need for a large family.
Given its position in the woods , you need a car for everything, as even the shops are a ten-minute drive away. Jerez and it's airport are half an hour away, and you need 70 minutes to get into Seville city centre.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay in this much loved family house and estate which is full of fascinating detail. The finca has everything you need and if there is anything additional you might need, eg a large paella pan to have a go at cooking for yourself, this was provided within hours! Our hosts Amparo and Concha did everything possible to make our stay perfect.The house is in a great location for easy day trips to the interesting historic local towns and wonderful Atlantic beaches and Concha's tips and
recommendations made these visits really easy. Highly recommended!

The farmhouse at la dehesa de las yeguas is a wonderful place to stay, in its own right and as a base to explore Andalusia. Amparo and his family are extremely kind hosts and our family holiday was made all the better for their helpful tips re sightseeing, restaurants etc. The 250 acre estate provided plenty of adventures, on foot and mountain bike, and including our own simulated corrida in the bullring!
This property is great value, and in a perfect location to explore arguably the most interesting of Spain’s regions.

Nos encantó quedarnos una semana en Casa de Amparo.
Amparo y Concha han sido super agradables y majas, siempre atentas a nuestras preguntas y nuestros deseos.
La casa es muy auténtica, pero ademas tiene aire acondicionado y una super piscina.
Hay también unos caballos y unos burros al lado a quién ibamos a saludar cada mañana y cada noche.
Está muy bien situada, cerca de Cadiz y de muchas playas.
