Narnia vibes

This apartment was absolutely wonderful and felt like a dream stay. It is extremely cozy, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is comfortable and functional, there is a wardrobe/closet for storage, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights is the heating system. During our stay, temperatures dropped as low as -36°C, and the apartment was always warm and comfortable, making it very pleasant to come back after being outside in the cold. The view is sensational. You can see the sunrise directly from the window, and it looks incredible. The road leading to the apartment feels like something out of Narnia — truly beautiful and magical, especially in winter. We had a car, which made getting there very easy, and we would definitely recommend renting one for convenience. That said, the hosts also provided clear information about how to reach the apartment by bus. Speaking of the hosts, they were excellent: always in communication, very kind, and they explained everything clearly by email. The check-in process was smooth and fully contactless, with the key collected from a lockbox. If we return to Rovaniemi, this is definitely a place we would choose again.

Nice location with free parking , easy self check in . Hot shower available and warm inside . Over all is a nice place to stay for a fee days . Host is a nice person , he helped us to repair the radiator from the kitchen . Thank you

Good price for that value and accurate description. Private bathroom/kitchen. Free parking. Easy check in with clear instructions.

It has a very bad sound isolation - you can hear neighbours and elevator. If you’re a light sleepper I don’t recommend. For us it was Ok as we can sleep through anything.

Kaukosäädin ei toiminut, joten en nähnyt televisiota koko aikana. Keittiön lavuaari veti todella huonosti. Ei keittiöpyyhkeitä tai paperia. Joku oli kääntänyt jääkaapin täysille, ruuat jäätyi. Vuokranantaja kyllä otti hienosti vastaan epäkohtien ilmoituksen ja lupasi käydä korjaamassa asiat lähdettyäni.

Agradável!

Apartamento situado em zona calma, espaçoso para duas pessoas e bem equipado. Com bom aquecimento e água sempre muito quente o que é super importante para uma estadia no Inverno na Lapónia.

Tivemos um problema aquando o check in, retiramos as chaves do apartamento do cofre do qual nos foi dado o código e quando abrimos o apartamento estava complemente sujo, não estando pronto as 15h como era suposto. No entanto, o senhorio resolveu a situação, dando-nos outro apartamento já pronto, pois tínhamos atividades às 16h e não podíamos esperar que fizessem a limpeza do mesmo. O secador de cabelo tinha mau contacto.

Rauhallinen paikka ja sijainti ok.

Palautteena haluan kertoa, että asunnon lämpötila oli koko vierailuni ajan alle sen mikä on normaalia asumislämpötilan suhteen eli lämpö oli korkeimmillaan huoneistossa 16,5 astetta. Mielestäni on kohtuutonta, että tästä asiasta ei ollut ennakkotietoa. Tuleville asukkaille tämä tieto on ehdottomasti kerrottava asuntoa välitettäessä. Noin alhainen lämpötila on erittäin epämukava. Tästä johtuen olisi kohtuullista saada hinnan alennusta. Noin alhaisessa lämpötilassa ei kuivu harrasteissa kostuneet vaatteet eikä itseä saa pidettyä lämpimänä. Asunnon hygieniataso ei ollut hyvä. Suihkutila/WC lattialla oli nöyhtää ja roskaa. Kunnollisia siivousvälineitä ei ollut käytettävissä, ei edes keittiö luuttua, jolla olisi voinut kuivata pöydän. Lattialla oleva suuri matto oli epäsiisti.

El calor de un hogar

El lugar es muy agradable para una pareja , tiene excelente ubicación, me parece con buen espacio para dejar tu equipaje , y realmente es un lugar muy silencioso, donde en cualquier momento puedes descansar, tiene ascensor para que no te mates subiendo las escaleras , y te ofrecen un servicio de guarda equipaje en el centro de rovaniemi mientras esperas tu vuelo o tu pasaje de regreso

Lo único que recomendamos es una olla de más para poder cocinar

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli helppo, easy check in

Mainostetaan siistinä ja hyvin varusteltuna jota ei ollut, vedenkeitin ei toiminut ja oli muutenkin rikki esim nappi oli kahvan sisässä ja kansi ruosteessa. Mikro toimi mutta alus lautanen oli väärää paria joten se ei pyörinyt. Kaikista hauskinta oli että vessaa ei voinut vetää vaan nappi löi tyhjää, ilman tätä en edes valittaisi. Ei todellakaan 90e arvoinen yö. Horrible experience, apartment was not what expect. Nothing work in kitchen, waterboiler broken, micro cant Be used. Most big shock was that toilet did not work, it was not possible to flush toilet at all, and thats why i give this feedback Honestly most worst experience in My booking history Yes, i did not call to owners when notice these. I needed only sleep over night. Its not just right to use all broken stuff, i feel cheated about that

Calidad-precio bastante bien. La ubicación si tienes coche es muy buena. La cocina muy bien equipada aunque le falta un buen extractor de humo. La cama bastante cómoda y amplia.

Para lo grande que la habitación, el baño es demasiado pequeño y muy incómodo a la hora de ducharse, ya que no hay ducha como tal.
