The location is great. The air con works. The staff were always very quick to respond to messages and the maintenance guy is very good (maybe even worth a pay rise for how good he is). Apartment is spacious. Check-in was easy, just pick up the key with no hassle. The fantastic service and low-cost is definitely the standout for this place.

The service was great. I hate to do this but the place needs a lot of work in my opinion... Some of the most prominent issues: - The toilet seat doesn't properly fit onto the bowl. As a taller person, "business time" was very awkward and uncomfortable; on the bright side, every now and then the lid will give you a reassuring pat on the back - albeit unsolicited. - The bidet is also not connected to plumbing. - washroom drain was completely blocked on day 1, the water almost reached ankle height shockingly fast. To their credit though, the hero Rakib just as fast (same day) to solve the problem. - broken washing machine, no dryer. You will have to walk to the coin laundry - Dishes in the cupboard were not properly washed - I don't mind if I have to wash them but don't put them away - Beds all lacked proper sheets and even if the quilts were washed (uncertain) the cleanliness to me was still questionable... The comfort as well... not passable imo. There are 4 beds in total; yet each hasbits own distinct flavour of mild discompose. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep well. - Poor selection of cookware and crockery - outside noises are not well insulated - often being clearly audible inside - I think bugs have found a way in as well because I was covered in mosquito bits around my feet and ankles after arriving. TBF this could be a coincidence - but given everything else I can't rule it out... --- Overall it's an old place and that shows - unapologetically. Theres a bit of upkeep which has fallen by the wayside; additionally It could do with a bit of effort to make it more comfortable for guests. However if I'm being honest, the price I paid adequately reflects the experience I guess. Although the price I paid included a week of poor sleep and mosquito bites...

La réactivité de l'hôte pour une réservation de derniere minute était plus que précieuse. Le mobilier était propre et confortable. L'hôte présente un anglais parfait agréable pour discuter lors du check-in.

Petit bémol sur le couloir et les toilettes classiques non japonaises qui sont très exposées au froid en hiver. Cependant les chambres sont très bien équipé d’une climatisation et d’un chauffage.
