Sanjay is a gentleman, I was traveling will my dad who is 86, It was very late at 11.30 pm to reach, I happen to tell Sanjay that I couldn't find any hotel open for dinner. Surprisingly Sanjay had kept bananas as complimentary in the room. Appreciate his gesture,The most caring host.

Sanjay was a good host. All was good. We had booked a big room and a standard room. Apparently they are 150m apart in two different properties but Sanjay called us and gave this information in advance. The host was easy to contact and his suggestions were quite helpful in touring around. The stay was comfortable.

The cot provided is of a size suitable for a single well built occupant, and while air conditioning is not available, a cooler is supplied. However, its effectiveness during peak summer temperatures may be limited. The Please be aware that the restroom facilities are not located within the room itself. You will need to exit the room to access them, as they are not directly attached. A substantial, caged front lobby area is present, designed to secure the premises against wildlife and it is imperative to keep these enclosures locked at all times. The property is situated within a residential community, which may not align with expectations for a nature-centric experience. Mr. Sanjay provides exceptional assistance, offering guidance and support in planning daily activities and itineraries, which significantly enhances the ability to visit a greater number of locations.

The rental cost for two-wheelers appears to be somewhat elevated, considering that the standard maximum daily rate for scooters is typically Rs 500, and even during peak seasons, it should not exceed Rs 600 per day. To avoid incurring additional charges, it is advisable to reserve your vehicle well in advance. There are no suitable hotels nearby for a quick meal, and finding food after sunset can be challenging without personal transportation to a distant cafe. While some home food options are available, they are not particularly inexpensive, require pre-ordering, and offer a limited, basic menu. The Axis Bank ATM in the vicinity was out of service, and although UPI was generally operational, poor network connectivity made it inconvenient. Therefore, it would be advisable to carry some cash for emergencies.

Owner is good and helping, but rooms are not as per standard. Its too hot within the room, better to go with AC rooms.

Room is so hot, bathrooms are not clean.
