It is self contained. Position excellent
The tapware in the unit needs attention. Kitchen mixer very hard to adjust. Water comes out like a pressure hose. Vanity taps only a trickle. Bad pipe hammer from the cold tap of vanity. No form was given with the keys to inform the agent of this. However a problem with a light and the front door lock were promptly rectified.
