A pleasant and practical stay, especially for travelers looking for good value accommodation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with the essentials needed for short or medium stays. The bed in my room was amazing!
The staf are friendly and helpful and the entire hotel has a quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient if you are traveling by car or taxi. In the same building there is an Pharmacy and a very good cafe.
Overall experience is very good, the property is fairly simple and does not offer luxury-level facilities. The value for money is still good!
Occasional maintenance issues or minor wear and tear may be noticeable, but those did not affect the stay.

The location
The studio was fine for one night
There is no noise which I appreciated
The TV needs to be changed;
The Sofa was dirty bit with the carpet

unit size, they offered me coffee and dates at Iftar time.
tv channel very limited, no balcony as described, a lot of highway noise when open window, door lock were stuck,

Staff were great and supportive specially Abdel Rahman at the front desk was very helpful and supportive whenever we wanted anything.
Internet was too slow, TV was too small, there is a strong sewer smell coming from the kitchen, car garage and the bathroom.
