Delicious breakfast which was served to us each morning.
The location was perfect and so central for the train & buses to sightsee.
The bed was super comfortable and very quiet to get a good sleep.

Reception, communication was good. Since we had an early flight we were able to leave our suitcases there. One day at breakfast you had a traditional kind of bread which was too hard for one of us, you went to get softer bread for. Offering fried eggs in the morning was nice touch. We suggest you tell your guests what your offering is for the specific morning so that they can make a choice in what they want.
You shared your wish that you wanted to care for your guests. Some improvements to be made.
Bottle of water in the room. Nice touch, but no glasses to drink the water from.
Hospitality at breakfast varies by the day. Once you disappeared halfway and did not come back. We wanted something to drink more tea and coffee. It would be hospitable to offer a new cup of tea of coffee out of yourself. Breakfast offering varies by the day and during the day.
Toilet paper. There was only one roll in the room. After the first morning there wasn't a new one added as backup for us as guest to have in case off. Asked the for a new one after breakfast and received only one. Had to ask for it every morning. We understand you do not leave your storage room unlocked but put at least 2 back ups in thd guest room.
The bathroom is pretty. Toiletteries are all different brand and type and takes away from the beauty of the bathroom. Invest in a nice dispenser and a shelf (for guests own toiletteries) to complements your bathroom.
Some hooks in the bathroom and room would be good. You cannot hang up anything. It is either on the floor, bed or bathroom furniture.
By the way the bathroom furniture needs some fixing and a place to store the clean towels and hair dryer.
