Apartment is comfortable and ideal for our family of 5.
The parking was a little bit confusing because of the insufficient lighting and direction info is also not adequate.
Toilet paper not enough.

Helpful check in and check out video instructions. Clean and orderly apartment. Host uses natural charcoal to absorb smells and no signs of overwhelming cleaning detergents. Smart Ac that has a special device to drain humidity and remote with timer
My husband (a plus size 5'11") finds his side of the bed to be uncomfortable and the towels revealing. As a foreign guest, the tv is difficult to use or maybe im just old fashion.

Great pool, nice place even if a little snug. Everything works well. There are games in the cupboard, youtube on TV if you're stuck indoors. Lifts are very speedy ao you don't waste time waiting. About 3 min walk to Imago, and 4.5 min at a leisurely pace with a baby stroller and elderly parents. Didn't have a view or so we thought, but on the last day we realised that we could see the Kinabalu peak from the balcony!
Nothing really except that the kitchen cabinets were locked and there wasn't much counter space to put our stuff but that was still manageable.
