    I love how it’s such a vibe lol. MM is known as a party hostel all over asia, so this place can be a bit overwhelming for introverts like me. however, this is a great opportunity if you want or open to hanging out and meeting new people all over the world through their parties and socials. lovely stay i had! i wish it were a bit closer to the Panglao Tourism road itself cause it’s quite difficult to travel to and from the tourism road for someone who can’t drive. overall i would give this a 10/10 rating! :)

    Nice affordable party hostel. Clean rooms, Clean T&B rooms with free shower gels, clean wide bed, clean sheets, within the 5 nights I stayed, I can really attest that the staff clean the room everyday and they change bed sheets, pillow, and pillow cases, not recycled sheets. Nice accomodating staff. Its my 4th time here in MM Panglao, and will book again in the future.

    The area immediately surrounding Mad Monkey is like a ghost town. While South beach is nice, this alone is not enough of a draw to stay here over somewhere closer to civilisation. The beds are big and comfy but I booked under the assumption that it was 8 single beds in a mixed dorm and was given a bottom bunk bed. The staff are lovely and helpful. The atmosphere is very booze focused and the prices at the on-site bar are fairly reasonable but it’s like living university freshers week every single night.
