Great property right in town, cosy, nicely decorated, everything you need, host was great and helpful.
If I had to say anything negative it there could be more complimentary cleaning products but you are right next to a shop to buy your own anyway.

Everything 🎉
Lemon cottage is indeed stylish and modern with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s in a central location with easy access to the main shopping areas , eateries and several beautiful parks in Newton Abbot. Highly recommended and the bottle of wine was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Behoorlijk ruim appartement, uitrusting compleet.
Onpersoonlijk contact en geen enkele betrokkenheid van de Property manager. Om niet in de weg te staan op de openbare weg had ik mijn auto op het schoolpleintje gezet. (Vakantietijd en buiten schooltijd) dat vond een van de omwonenden kennelijk niet zo leuk , want deze had zijn auto er geparkeerd - anders had hij niet eens op het terrein kunnen komen - en het hek afgesloten. Ik ben geen 10’minuten binnen geweest maar kon dus niet meer bij mijn auto. Propertymanager nam wel de telefoon op, had dit nog nooit meegemaakt en kon me niet helpen. Gaf op geen enkele wijze de indruk dat hij het vervelend vond. Heeft ook geen contact met mensen uit de omgeving. Eigenaar woont in het buitenland en is niet betrokken. Succes met je probleem. Dankzij een lieve buurvrouw uiteindelijk toegang gekregen en mijn auto op het parkeerterrein verderop kunnen parkeren. Proertymanager heeft niets meer van zich laten horen. Van booking kreeg ik nog wel een standaard mailtje met de vraag of de accommodatie beviel.
