The spa and rose tavern. Tina and Aurelia were excellent customer service at Front desk. All staff soooo friendly. I was there for my birthday Kevin at the spa was exceptional at massage at willow spa thank you for my special trip to the lake house see you next month. We already booked another stay for my son’s bday.

Pretty grounds - lovely setting - comfy beds and pillows.
Many annoying things - room not cleaned (we had 3 rooms and none were cleaned on our second day), no fan in bathrooms, paying $5 for bad coffee in the morning - really? Poor noise insulation - heard everyone coming into the building, walking in hallway. Besides occasional attempts to be hospitable such as complimentary sparkling wine, there was no attempt to really make us feel welcome.
