Excellent and clean enjoyable stay.
AC could have been a little cooler as the room was warm. The location is a little difficult to get to with the ongoing construction.

. Loved the towels. loved the utensils and applicances were brand new. Windows were tall and well protected on the first floor.
couch was stained. too low for seniors. lamp was missing on left side of bed

Location is so so
Neighborhood is so so. Room not overly soundproof could hear the kid running around late at night and early in the morning. No where to hang towels in the bathroom, no soap dish in the shower.

Great apartment. Clean, spacious.
Location is great from a distance perspective. Close walk to old Quebec.
Location is bad from a noise perspective. Just above a bar. Lots of screaming and heavy bass. Also across from a homeless shelter, with drug addicts everywhere....
