The room was incredibly spacious, and the location was highly convenient, with easy access to a nearby supermarket and a variety of great restaurants. I also appreciated the access to communal laundry facilities.
While the location is well-connected, please be aware that nearby construction can make the building slightly harder to find upon arrival. Additionally, the interior bedroom has no window, so the room temperature tends to stay on the warmer side.

Location was good when traveling by train.
Kitchen was sparsely furnished. No oven mitts which made using the oven useless. No paper towels, mixing bowls or pitcher for putting water in the fridge.

Great apartment. Clean, spacious.
Location is great from a distance perspective. Close walk to old Quebec.
Location is bad from a noise perspective. Just above a bar. Lots of screaming and heavy bass. Also across from a homeless shelter, with drug addicts everywhere....
