Spacious apartment, fully a/c covered, in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice and promptly helping whenever needed. All in all, a very nice stay.
To be clear, the apartment fully met the expectation, so I consciously chose its circumstances. Position is remote, so you need car or taxi to move around, or to shop and the second bedroom is just for a person. No need in my case but two couples for example, or a 4 people family, would not make it.

the location in proximity to stores and downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The weather was great.
Need larger dish rack. The bedroom needs drawers for underwear items. The computer desk and chairs should be more comfortable and proportional. The living room couch is too soft. Need to add a coffee table. The host is a very attentive listener though.
