El apartamento se encuentra en un antiguo palacio. Es muy amplio y cómodo, tanto la zona de cocina-comedor-salón como el dormitorio. El baño, aunque no es muy grande, es más que suficiente: la ducha es muy buena, con agua caliente al instante y con muy buena presión. La cama es muy cómoda.
La ubicación es fantástica para recorrer L'Aquila a pie. Por otra parte, es una calle muy tranquila, sin ruido.
Gabriele es un anfitrión fantástico: tuvimos un problema con la entrega del coche que habíamos alquilado en el aeropuerto de Fiumicino, por lo que vimos que llegaríamos a L'Aquila muy tarde; avisé a Gabriele, quien se amoldó a nuestra hora de llegada para entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos las cosas del apartamento.
También nos dio indicaciones sobre sitios para aparcar. Por otra parte, agradezco mucho que hubiera en el apartamento café e infusiones: hacía mucho frío cuando llegamos y nos vino genial poder tomar una infusión calentita en casa... ¡a esas horas ya estaba todo cerrado!
Los días que estuvimos en L'Aquila hizo muchísimo frío (estuvo nevando) y al llegar tan tarde la primera noche, el apartamento no tuvo demasiado tiempo para calentarse, así que la mañana siguiente pasamos un poco de frío, pero se lo comenté a Gabriele y le puso remedio. ¡mil gracias de nuevo!
Sin duda, recomiendo este apartamento.

Appartamento dal clima accogliente e familiare, spazioso, arredato con gusto e con cura dei dettagli, fornito di tutto, letto e divano comodissimi, posizione eccellente (a 20 metri dal corso principale).
Il bagno un po' stretto ma comunque bello e funzionale.

Central, cosy, helpful owner. Just be aware of steps and strange heating system: you can’t close any doors inside, otherwise the heating system gets blocked.
I didn’t like the fact that I had to keep the doors open all the time time and make me ansious and stressed otherwise I would get contacted immediately by the owner regarding this bizarre block of the heating system.

Appartamento veramente bello e confortevole, nel centro di L’Aquila. Tutto intorno locali, pizzerie, ristoranti. Parcheggio gestibile a qualche centinaio di metri, ma del resto i centri storici sono questi.
Proprietario accogliente, disponibile, presente. GRAZIE per tutte le indicazioni e la pazienza nell aspettare il mio arrivo… in evidente ritardo all’orario programmato. Ma capita…
PS: Che spettacolo i tetti della città!!!
