Great location, good views from the balcony, spacious

Not easy to find exact location by car/ taxi. The staff were a little slow in providing pool towels when asked.

Die Residenz ist sehr schön wo es unmittelbar einen Bach gibt, wo die Leute Pedalo etc. fahren. Die Residenz wird dauernd von Wachpersonal überwacht, weshalb die Sicherheit gut ist. In der nähe von Waterfront, ca. 10min. zu Fuss.

Die Rezeption befindet sich nicht an der Adresse, die mitgeteilt wurde. Es war sehr mühsam und ohne die Hilfe von Passanten nicht möglich die Rezeption zu finden, vorallem am späten Abend.

The location is great for exploring the waterfront area and is very secure. The apartment is large, clean and well appointed with everything you need. Nice shaded balcony

We had a lot of trouble finding out where the property was and how to gain access to it. The address provided in the instructions was actually wrong. The helpful taxi driver didn't know where it was. Getting hold of the designated contact at 10.30pm was not that easy and instructions given over the phone were difficult to understand. Even at the correct address, finding exactly where to get in was difficult. The same when we were checking out - even the taxi driver couldn't find it easily and was mis-directed - by the person who placed the booking for us!
