The location was superb- just across the road from the beach. The house was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for lots of people to stay comfortably. The internal lift made access so easy, particularly for two of our group who had mobility issues.

Great to have supplies to condiments such as salt and pepper, teas, coffee and hot chocolate to get us through our stay.

No power outlets in the kitchen and living area No bins in the bathrooms

The location, the house and the facilitates available were all amazing and we enjoyed the stay in general.

We would recommend the house of anyone interested, but below, we would like to share our experience in communicating with the owner. The owner seemed to have prepared everything for your comfort but forgot to turn the alarm off. We were waiting outside the house for at least 15 minutes not knowing what to do when the alarm went on, the kids were scared with the ear-damaging noise and we were embarrassed in front of all people and cars passing by. The owner responded after 15-20 minutes and told us what to do to set the alarm off. The main lounge AC went off due to a circuit tripping, we know this could happen and we are not blaming anyone for it. Although we tried to leave the house as clean and tidy as expected from the owner's end, the owner was not happy with the house status in the end. There was a list of things we were blamed for regarding the house cleanliness on departure, but mostly none of them applied to us. The owner wanted to take $50 off the bond toward that but then they waived that when reminded of the house alarm complaint. In summary, the house is stunning and amazing and good value for money, however, there was a great deal of communication problems with the owner that we had to encounter.
