Gut ausgestattetes modernes Appartement, alle Küchenutensilien, sogar Pads für die Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ,
Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderbar, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Parkplatz ,
Eine freundliche hilfsbereite Concierge, wir hatten Probleme mit dem Abfluss, das wurde behoben.
Keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, im Hochsommer schafft es die Klimaanlage nicht bei offenen Türen auch das Schlafzimmer zu kühlen, wir haben sehr geschwitzt,
Fehlende Ablagefläche im Bad , Schimmel in der Dusche,
Muffiger Geruch im Fahrstuhl und manchmal im Bad durch den Lüftungsschacht.
Die Apartmenthaus , sowie Treppenhaus sind veraltet und muffig, haben die beste Zeit hinter sich , schade, die Bilder täuschen leider .

Très belle vue depuis le balcon et logement parfaitement propre à notre arrivée.
L’odeur de moisissure dans l’immeuble est très forte, c’est un point important à connaître. Les photos sont trompeuses : elles donnent l’impression d’un logement de bonne qualité, alors qu’en réalité l’immeuble est ancien, sent mauvais et le mobilier est bas de gamme.

L apartament està renovat i en condicions força bones
Les vistes des de la terrassa molt maques
La distancia a la platja es llunyana i per accedir hi s han de caminar carrers amb força pujades i baixades.
Treu les ganes d anar a la platja
Falta suport d algú per entrar, es poc relaxada
Es com jugar al joc dels amagats
En una caixeta amagada a xxxx trobareu la clau del portal…
La durxa no esta disponible facilment
Quan arrives amb calor, has d endivinar com funcionen els comandaments de la dutxa.
Falta q algu et rebi i et mostri com va tot!
