One bathroom for a family

It was clean, and hosts were very accommodating. There is also Braai and pool facilities

We really enjoyed everything about the property. The place was quiet. The area was close to our event venue. The owners were so exceptional and made our stay comfortable. We had a lot of unexpected logistics problems but the owner literally went out of their way to assist us in resolving the issues including transporting us to the conference venue. It was like they became our tour guide. I recall one morning that the owner had to wake up like 5am to wake us up and come fetch us at 6am so that we are not late for the conference. That’s just beyond offering the service more like really loving what she does. We really look forward to coming back to the property more for leisure time so that we can fully enjoy the place.

Keys were missing on arrival, had to wait about 30 minutes to enter the property. We booked for 4 people, and were assured that we will be supplied with towels. There was one bath towel and 2 hand towels for 4 people. Shower leaked and flood the floor. No toilet paper on arrival. Hair on the floor, everywhere. Dish washing soap container was empty, no dish washing sponges or dry rack for dishes. Used tooth picks lying around. Not related to the unit itself, but no lights on the stairwells, you could very easily slip and fall. Unit itself could supply small back up light to use during Loadshedding.
