The location of this place is very good - in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach. The single-room accommodation is positioned next to a long running (common) balcony at the first floor of the property, where you can have a view of a small patch of greenery and relax in early morning / afternoon. The washroom was very clean. The owner and caretaker were nice hosts and well-spoken.

The bedsheet was stained and an old bedsheet (I mean, it's an old item). A new and well maintained bedsheet would give a better vibe to the room. There are many cupboards, but seemed not much of use. Rather if there would have been a table or some smaller table-top spaces to use, that would be more handy to keep small items. There is a small (low) table, but felt insufficient. Also, given high humidity of the area, an exhaust-fan in the washroom is needed. As we stayed for a short time, we managed though.
