Ruhige Lage in angenehmer Wohngegend; nur zum Übernachten geeignet.

Das Haus war zwar sauber, aber eher in ungepflegtem Zustand. Im Bad war Schimmel in den Fugen, die Badewanne hatte Rostflecken. Die Bezüge auf den Betten hatten Flecken. Die Außenanlage des Hauses war gar nicht gepflegt. Die Heizung konnte man nicht einstellen. Es war eiskalt im Haus.
