City View Hostel

Had an amazing stay! The owner is so nice and welcoming!

It is located in prime location, many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to tooth temple, lake and culture center. Basic facilities and clean. Host is very nice and offer suggestions on sightseeing.

Room just next to main road, noise from car, people talking at late night and birds. If you can bear the noise, it could be a good choice. No fan, no A/C.

The hostel is situated in a great location in the centre of Kandy, everything is very accessible from here. The host is very lovely and helpful :) beds are comfortable. Since the hostel is in the city there is of course some city noise as expected, so bring your earplugs😊 place was clean and provided hot water showers, we decided to stay for an extra night at a discounted price. Thank you 😊

I liked the guy who’s handling the place he’s very nice and humble guy and helpful ☺️ location is superb ☺️ don’t expect more than this there 😅

There was an issue with the water first day was no-water for 3 hours at evening till night and my second day same but for the full day the water was only available in the night with a low pressure, bed sheets was not clean , anyway we couldn’t except more than this for the amount what the bed for , you have to go down for Wc it’s not in the same room flat and Finally there is no AC which’s very difficult to sleep at night 🥲
