I wasn’t informed there was breakfast
The room was clean but smelled highly of cleaning products. Had to open windows to air out.

Friendly staff, great location, clean room and well-stocked full kitchen. Beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella were provided for free which was a great bonus along with a variety of free welcome beverages which was a nice touch.
The smell of disinfectant was a bit strong and the pillows were thick and a bit too firm.

I love Lauderdale by the beach as a city. It's got that quaint small-town feeling. The motel was walking distance to the events but far enough that you don't hear it. The room has everything I needed. Plus it had nice touches like cold drinks in the fridge. The staff made you feel like Norm in Cheers. I am definitely going back.

Newly renovated apartment, spacious.
I understand the property was purchased and renovations are being done. The unit we had was newly remodeled and very spacious.
There was a bug issue in the unit, especially in the kitchen, a service is definetly needed. No cable, one of the employees
was kind enough to bring my dad an antenna so at least he had a channel or two.
There was a resident living there , that had an extension chord run out his apartment in front of our doorway, to a table and he had an office chair that he sat on. A little odd and unsafe. This resident actually gave my dad some bug spray....
