IM On Marina Flat

The apartment was in an ideal position, close to the marina, 2 minutes from Pingo Doce the supermarket and a 10 minute walk to a wonderful beach. The underground parking space was safe and secure. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, the bed was large and comfortable, the terrace was huge and had sun for most of the day until it set in the evening. We arrived earlier on a Sunday than anticipated and asked if we could check in earlier. This was arranged and our greeter was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and toiletries provided.

Our only minus points were the pillows, very poor quality and the television sound was awful to the point we could hardly bear listening to it. However, we didn't come on holiday to watch television.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen met gelijk allemaal tips wat we konden doen en waar we konden eten. We konden de auto in de overdekte parkeergarage parkeren wat heel fijn was. Het appartement en het dakterras zijn zeer ruim opgezet en alles is aanwezig, wasmachine, vaatwasser en koffiezet apparaat. Het was goed schoon en het bed wat voortreffelijk. Op het terras ook ligbedden aanwezig. Ook kregen we snel een reactie wanneer we via het Booking.com een vraag stelde.

De tuinset (tafel en stoelen) op het terras zijn wel aan vervanging toe. En misschien een douchescherm plaatsen in plaats van een douchegordijn (maar dat is persoonlijk).

Convenient location. Size of the living space. The deck was really nice. Large. Deck table needs replacement or repairs. Table cover is torn.

The property needs a deep clean. The bathroom tiles on floor were really dirty around the bath. The cookware was filthy. We had to scrub dried up food off the pots and pans we used. Not enough tabs for dishwasher. Only 2 towels which were changed once on Day 7 of 12 day stay. I stepped on a large cockroach as I got out of bed on the last day. I left it for cleaners to see. The pillows on the bed are dead. Need replacing.
