La proximité avec Kite Beach : il n’y a que la rue à traverser. Personnel très sympathique. Propreté irréprochable.
Le bruit continuel des camions sur la route. Les vibrations qui font trembler le bâtiment.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The place was easy to find on the main road, and the check-in was very smooth. Henry is a great host, he immediately helped with the few requests I had, so do not hesitate to ask him if you need anything. There is a small shop next door where you can buy fresh fruits and essential groceries. The kite surf club and the beach are just across the street. It is also easy to go to Cabarete center or Encuentro. Overall, it is a great value for money.
