Love the place!

We stayed one night in the studio which did not suit us because of the noise and ended up changing room to stay in the 1 bedroom apartment and loved it! The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. We also loved the rooftop and the hammock! We stayed for 4 nights and could have stayed much longer. Maike is great, super easy to reach by phone and makes sure all the guests are happy. We will be back! Thank you!

Avoid if you want comfort

The location is close to the kite surf beach but far from the restaurants, we had to take a moto taxi and pay approximately 100 pesos every time per person to get to the center. The room was clean, the garden has nice flowers. The A/C was working and the wifi was good.

The bed was veeery soft so we both woke up with our backs hurting. We slept veeeery badly, woke up 1000 times because of the noice of the street, people and dogs… Moreover at 3am there was a cacroach in the bathroom… We left after one night to a more quite and confortable place.

Buen sitio frente a la kite beach

La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba limpia. La habitación está muy bien equipada, tiene una pequeña nevera, una mesita y te dejan un par de platos y cubiertos, agua fria, jabón y champu, toallas... Del personal solo tuve trato con Henri que fue muy agradable y resolvió todas mis dudas. La azotea es muy bonita y es un plus muy grande el tener un sitio para relajarte después del día. También la ubicación me pareció bastante buena porque está justo frente a la playa de kite.

En la habitación había muchos mosquitos. Eché en falta en la azotea que hubiera jabón y estropajo para poder limpiar los platos que te dejan en el cuarto. También se escucha bastante el ruido ambiente (gente hablando, perros, etc) por tenerlo en cuenta si eres delicado con los ruidos para dormir.

Great place on a great spot

Practically on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is welll equipped. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have had in the last couple of months traveling. The personal is very friendly and helpfull and know the area and transport options wel. There are some restaurants around but if you prefer to cook you can walk 20 min / take a moto taxi (100 pesos) to the big supermarket in town. Would stay again!

Locatie is top. Sfeer is goed. Appartement is van alles voorzien. Je kan er koken. Bedden slapen lekker. Warmwater uit de kranen. Je kan bij het hostel nog een scooter huren. De accommodatie zit recht tegenover kitebeach. Je steekt de weg over en je loopt het strand op.

Dat we weer naar huis moesten :(

Good location

The location is very good, right next to Kite beach, on the main road. The room was nice , clean, and well equipped . Beautiful and large terrace, but it was inconvenient for us to use it as part of another building .

We knew it was going to be noisy, but trust me, it was very noisy. Even with earplugs provided, it was still difficult to sleep. It's too expensive . The staff / manager's attitude when we arrived was not very nice .

Property Manager Henri & staff were great! They were very accommodating. Unit was roomy, clean & bright. Shower was top notch. Kite Beach is a community of it's own!

Loads of noisy traffic out front, crossing road to beach can be dangerous, no fault of the Hotel. Would be nice to have a microwave!

For the price it is ok

The property manager Henri is extremely helpful, he helped me to get a motor which you can keep in the garden during the evening, he also helped me to hail a guagua for my next stop. They are visibly investing a lot to maintain the facilities and the shower and rooftop is amazing with basic gym equipment too. They also provide drinking water which is super. You can't deny that it is indeed loud due to the proximity of the main road but this is the sacrifice to be close to the kite beach. The bed was too soft for my taste.

Le logement est superbe bien décoré et tres cosy , la kitchenette est bien fournie ! On s y sent comme à la la maison ! Il se situe à 20 mètres de la plage 🏝️ juste la route à traverser ! La petite terrasse commune sur le toit pour boire l apéro vue mer est tres appréciable La literie est très confortable ! Le personnel sur place est adorable 🥰 et Maike le propriétaire est sympa et accommodant !

Great option for kite-trips

Maika & Henry made my stay perfect, they were super attentive and always very helpful. The location is just right in front of the kite-club where you can storage your equipment. This was a great advantage as I did not have to carry the kite gear around at any time. The kite spot is the best in cabarete. Kitchen fully equiped in case you needed. Great for long stays.

There might be a bit of noise coming from the road during the night, but nothing crazy.

Beautiful apartments for Kitesurfer right near the beach

Beautiful apartment directly opposite side from the beach. Perfect for Kitesurfers, Travelers and explorers. The little courtyard is really cute and the rooms nice and with the full kitchen. The couple running it is super nice and helped with everything. Wifi for remote working is good!

loved the entrance and the vibe the garden has when you come in. Rooms are clean and cozy. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super nice outdoor shower for after kite sesh. Will want to come back soon.

It is kind of close to the street so it is not the quietest. With that said, I slept very well anyway.
