Great location, and fantastic hosts . couldn’t ask for much more

When We reached at property it was raining cats and dogs and We were the only people on whole property. So initially my wife was very sceptical about staying here. As soon as We explore the property with caretaker Vikarm. She decided to stay here. We opt for room on first floor. Room was spotless clean with big bathroom and a kitchenette for making tea or breakfast. If you love to stay in a serene environment this place is ideal for you. Beach is just in front of the property and very less crowded on our visit. Calangute main market is at walking distance. Vikram is very efficient and ready to help anytime. We spend hours & hours at beach and enjoyed every bit of it. As we visited in full monsoon season so beach was very less crowded so you can enjoy it a full. Love to stay here again if property remain same 80% plantation and 20% accommodation. Every thing was good but one of my cloth was damaged by rodent or any other small animal which we put it in balcony for drying overnight. I think this place is full with plants and trees and house of many small nocturnal animals so please don't put any of your cloths or other item out at night.

The property is almost 100 meters away from beach as mentioned in the details. The location is perfect for families with small kids where they can just go to beach , enjoy the time and comeback whenever required without any hassle. There are many shacks serving fresh food and the main road is also walkable distance. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. Freeda (Property manager) and Vikrant (Househelp) were always reachable on call and available as needed.

The only thing we could have asked for is breakfast (just some tea and scramble toast kind of - nothing fancy ) but Breakfast being not available was already mentioned in the details when we booked so we were aware of it.
