Großzügige Raumaufteilung, viel Platz, hell, super Ausstattung in der Küche und im WZ, Bad mit Waschmaschine
Sehr hellhörig, sowohl Geräusche im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft, sowie Verkehrslärm von der naheliegenden Straße Im schönen Badezimmer gibt es leider keine vollständige Duschabtrennung, so dass nach dem Duschen, trotz allergrößter Vorsicht, das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser steht und sich das Wasser rund um die Kloschüssel sammelt.

Very clean. Recent and good mattress and pillows.
Very noisy. The flat is located on a very busy road. Traffic stopped around 9pm and resumed around 4am. We could also hear the ground floor occupants’ voices and tv. Poorly conceived shower: impossible not to soak the toilet, which is placed barely 2m away from it. No bathroom mat provided. The sink does not flow properly. In the kitchen, very minimal, semi-plastic kitchenware. 1 minuscule saucepan. No hand towel or cloth to dry the dishes.
