A private room turned into a hostel-like experience when we were denied use of our own bathroom, which was unacceptable
Room was clean
The stay was unacceptable. While the room itself was small and clean, the bathroom was unusable due to a water leak that flooded the room below. We were forced to stop showering and, despite paying the full amount, were not offered an alternative room. Instead, we were told to use a shared bathroom, effectively turning a private hotel room into a hostel experience. This situation was completely impractical and stressful, especially while traveling with two children, and does not justify the price paid.

Clean and comfortable rooms
Room was clean, and hot water is convenient. the check-in is not so comfortable for beginners as they installed the machine check-in.

Convenient self check-in via machine, small but cozy room. The heating was already on before my arrival, which was very nice in the cold weather.

To stay or not to stay, making of a decision.
We felt very uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. What really got me was that BOOKING.COM said there was private parking onsite. There was no available parking. We were told to go down the street to the stadium and park. Stadium was not close. We are in our 70s The parking in front was limited, maybe 4 spots, and all spaces were taken. We made a decision to not stay. We registered and paid for the room. In all fairness, I should mention that we cannot rate the room, the cleanliness, the WIFI or the breakfast because we never stayed the night. I probably should assume some responsibility in choosing this hotel as I didn’t probably vet it.

Decent small hotel
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has everything I need. The overall conditions are decent. The price is reasonable.
It seems the hotel has not dedicated parking spots. We had to parallel park along the roadside. It was very hard to squeeze our mid-sized SUV into the narrow gap in front and behind. Also the staff is only available within a limited time. For other time you have to call, or use WhatsApp to ask for help.

Lovely place
The room was fantastic, very spacious and clean. Even though it was on the ground floor facing out to the street we did not have any issues with noise. Beds were very comfortable, excellent value for money.
The only thing to note is that there were no plates, cutlery or cooking equipment in the kitchenette. Not a huge deal as we had our own, but something to be aware of!

Correct for an overnight stay
Proved to be a good choice for an overnight stay: good price/value ratio and city centre was easy to access (it is in walking distance through the city park or a nice neighbourhood).
Despite the claim of free parking in front ot the hotel it is free only during the night. "Kitchen" is listed in the room details but it is very poorly equipped and not really functional

We stayed for 3 days, but the room was never cleaned during our vacation. The rubbish was only taken out on the last day.
