The house was in a wonderful location. I was very happy that it was always easy to get a parking spot very close to it. The house is spacious and well furnished, and there was assigned room in the kitchen cupboards and in the fridge for each occupant.
Unfortunately Amy neglected to contact me with information I needed before my arrival, even though I had emailed her. Since she wasn't always readily available, it could have been a big problem if I didn't have a mobile phone. There were also no instructions in plain sight for the electronic locks. Such devices vary greatly, so I think that is a mistake.

I liked that Amy was not only a good house guest but she went above and beyond to make sure I was ok, I lost my phone, she gave me a ride to go get it. She was a very nice person and very kind hearted thank you.

The location was perfect to do and see the sights I needed to be near to. The neighbourhood is lovely. No problem parking in front of the house
I assume this guest house business is still learning and cutting its teeth on running at a profession level. My recommendations for Amy would be to make sure each room is equipped with a mirror, chair and table top. Windows that can be opened. Please provide better quality towels and sheets. There was a table side lamp in one room but not in the other room I moved to. Very much needed. The door locking system was slightly off putting as the electronic system makes unexpected noises. Guests should not have to take off there shoes to go upstairs. There should be a hand drying towel in the shared bathroom. The front porch at Belle has a nice aspect. More should be done to make it inviting ie plants more chairs. Just a few tweaks and it will be perfect. Also guest cats should not be allowed
