The best part was the host "Mr Fee". He was very proactive in arranging the elevator cards, door code and wifi. You don't want to be waiting for these things. He is very informed, intelligent and honest in giving advice for in and around HCMC which is worth for tourists. Flat was properly maintained, though it was different from what we saw in Pics while booking. We were told that the host has many flats in the same building of same size and the one we booked wasn't available. But we were OK with the flat too. He also agreed to keep our luggage for sometime after checkout while we went shopping. He has been very accommodating. I think he treats every guest in similar way. So I would want to book him back in case I go back to that place. For me, I can concede some bit of flat quality for good people as him. Thanks Mr Fee!! Location is very good. Almost walkable to all touristy places - Bui Vien, Saigon Square, Cho Ben Thanh, Nyugen Hue Street, Saigon Center etc.

There was nothing to not like. Just want to clear one thing. There is only one common bathroom in the apartment which need to be shared between both the room. It is not private to any room. So, if it matters, consider accordingly. I think it was mentioned in their description also so nothing hidden by the owner. Rooms are very concise. Mattress are firm and could have been more comfy. Since we stayed for only 1 night, didn't matter much.

Location was good. We walked to the centre al the time. We didn’t use taxis. There were s a 7-11 shop very close. It was nice to have whole apartment to ourselves. The area was quiet and not noisy. There was building work happening opposite our apartment was not too much noise.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was hard. It made noise every time I moved in bed. The high rise building opposite spoilt the view a little bit. There were no tea spoons in the kitchen. There were not enough pots and pan to do any basic cooking if you wanted to.

Slightly out of the heart of District one. We were told the day after we arrived that we had to pay in cash due to regulation change. The change happened in September so we would have appreciated more transparency from the staff as we had to amend our plans and pay the extra fee for cash withdrawal…
