Everyone was very kind, helpfull, caring. Darjeeling Tea was complementary and every meal was beautifully garnished. Specially Salame and Puchoo were very helpful. I want to thank Mrs. Swastika ma'am.

Hospitality was good. The staff was accommodating. Food was standard. Good view from the balcony.
A proper mattress should have been provided instead of a makeshift (jugaru) arrangement. Only tea, coffee, or oats are available for breakfast. Outside food is not allowed.
