- ruhige Lage - drei Schlafzimmer haben eigenes, modernes Bad - kl. Garage für Fahrräder, KiWa etc. - Wohnküche mit großem, ausziehbaren Tisch - Sauberkeit

Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was man besonders in den Schlafzimmern, die an den Wohn-/ Essbereich angrenzen, merkt. Es ist sehr schade, dass man die vorhandene Lademöglichkeit für das E-Auto nicht nutzen darf. Auch die 3€ Gebühr für eine zweistündige Nutzung von Waschmaschine oder Trockner fanden wir etwas happig.
