Bedroom limited storage and hand basin in main part of bedroom rather than in the bathroom. The bathroom glass door also was noisy and not that practical

There wasn’t really anything I disliked. It’s not right in the centre of Cadiz’s historic centre, but it is right by the beach so your mileage varies based on what you want from a holiday in terms of whether the location is great or not - there is an 8 min train to Cadiz Central a 15 min walk from the hotel so it wasn’t anything that bothered me.

Location,very nice and clean rooms. Staff very helpful and polite.

The pillows for my liking were not very comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, the pools, spa and views over the beach are absolutely lovely.

Unfortunately came across a rude staff member. We ate lunch at the pool restaurant and I ordered fish of the day. It was sea bass on the bone and unfortunately I was unable to get half off the bone and realised this half was raw in some places and overall undercooked. I reported it to the waiting staff immediately and they offered to ask the chief to put it back on the grill. At this point the fish was in pieces and I could not think of anything worse than having it recooked. I declined. There was no apology no offer for alternative food or a new meal. I had to ask 3 time for the meal to be taken away and felt ignored. They provided us with the bill and asked me to pay full price for the fish I could not eat. I told them i will not be paying full price. They sent out another person who proceeded to stand over me stating I ate half the meal so why am I complaining. If it was raw I should have eaten it and that I need to pay. He raised his voice, was aggressive and confrontational in front of a full restaurant. I was extremely embarrassed and upset. Poor quality customer service from a 4 star hotel restaurant. Never in my life have I been treated like this especially after being served raw food! We later complained to the manager who offered an apology and two complementary drinks.
