Great Lobby, Staff was pleasant, the shuttle to airport was convenient, the driver was very nice and informative ( Sat 2/14 evening). Rooms were good. BRING EARPLUGS, Very thin walls, there is a dance club in the building so be prepared to dance in your room. You can hear street noise on top of airplanes. Lots of restaurants in the area. Thanks!!!

My room was right by the stairs so I was awoken multiple times by people coming and going. It's an airport hotel, so that's to be expected. I got up to make some coffee and there was only tea. The television didn't work either. To be fair to the hotel, I did not notify them of any of these issues. I'm sure they would have immediately fixed them. I was too tired to do that. The welcome at the front desk was wonderful, and the restaurant was decent. I appreciated the vegan option.

This was a last minute stay due to not being able to make our flight home with my son, an infant. We were very tired and had none of our items. The hotel staff, most importantly the shuttle driver that night, Surjin, were absolutely the best. I can say that i’ve never had a shuttle driver so genuinely caring and kind. Want to be sure he receives the recognition he needs as he truly deserves it. Great stay here at Holiday Inn. Appreciate them very much!!

The hotel adds a "greener stay" charge to whatever credit card is provided at check in for Incidentals. After booking, I received a message within the booking app from the hotel. This was not communicated by the front desk staff at check in, and I did not see this charge on my card until after check out: We look forward to hosting you at the Holiday Inn Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont! Starting Thursday February 1st. Complimentary airport shuttle service to and from O’Hare International Airport is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shuttle service must be requested once ready. You can do this by calling the hotel at +1-847-380-5800, select option 4. All Ohare airport pickups will take place at terminal 2 arrivals door 2E. Shuttles from the hotel must be scheduled at check in. To help contribute to the hotel's efforts for a greener stay, $3.00 will be collected during check in. Thank you!

Special shoutout to Bob who managed everyone to stay calm, communicating effectively the estimated time of arrival for those who couldn’t fit! Front desk agents staying composed & processing flux of people who had flight cancellations. Wait staff at the restaurant in the hotel for providing a quick warm meal.
