It was clean, and quiet.
I had to take out the trash all the way down to the dumpster. Anytime I had a question they would tell me that I had to contact Cloud 1, they had nothing to do with my stay.

The unit was great! And the customer service was exceptional! My flight was delayed several hours and unfortunately my initial building was unable to provide me with keys after 11PM, however the customer representative did everything he possibly could to make sure I was set up in an alternative location until I was able to retrieve keys to my actual reservation. It was an overall wonderful experience

Didn't know this was offered.
The bed was uncomfortable. The reservation said there was a sofa bed and there was not so my daughter slept on a hard blue couch. The internet did not work for the 1st full day, so no tv.
