Outdoor noise must be kept library voice quiet 10pm - 9am.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ANYWHERE IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES. Your violation will come with a notice to vacate the property will be served for any party, noise or police complaint. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police or City related to tenants’ conduct (noise/music/parties/disruptive behavior) will be billed to tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Any cited noise violation carries during the stay carries the maximum possible City fine of up to $5,000.00 which will be taken from the deposit.
Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in.
No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from security deposit.
Cars must drive slow and cautious in the neighborhood. Absolutely no revving the engine and speeding down the street, no more than 2 cars in driveway.
No outside music/DJ equipment. Breaking of any of these rules will be immediate grounds for removal and loss of deposit with zero refund given. This is a quiet family neighborhood and please act accordingly.
If any changes are made to the booking within 14 days of the originally scheduled arrival date, the host reserves the right to deem the changes as a cancellation and re-booking, in which event certain penalties may apply as provided herein. All requests for changes or amendments must be in writing. Should the selected Property not be available because of reasons outside of host control, the host reserves the right to relocate the Guest to a Property of equal or better quality (in the host`s sole determination) in the same destination. The Guest agrees to the right of the host to relocate the Guest in such event.

My husband and I go on cruises often. Needed a nice place, downtown and close to the terminal. They worked with us on our check in time, check out we left early anway and we'll use this as our go to spot in the future. Txs again!
