Experience Boise in the prime Warm Springs Historic District framed in between the river, the foothills recreation area and downtown city center. The property is close to Boise State University, Saint Luke's Medical Hospital and downtown Boise via a short walk or bike ride but far enough away for a quiet retreat. Access the Ridges to Rivers recreation trail system within 2 blocks for walking, hiking and mountain biking. Also near the famous Boise Greenbelt system.
Located at the base of Boise's landmark "Table Rock" area near the natural geothermal hot springs, this 1940's remodeled home with modern amenities has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an enclosed garage. Enjoy the front porch with views of the foothills and mature trees that line the neighborhood or the private deck that overlooks a large, fully fenced back yard.

As a Boise native, I have always loved the Warm Springs area, so this place was a real treat.

Overall, this was a great place to stay!!! The house was very clean and had all The necessities you needed. They also were very quick with communication. Only thing I would mention before going is to not go at night. Luckily I had a light bar on my 4Runner and was able to see at night. It wasn’t a problem for me, but I can definitely see it being a problem for smaller vehicles etc.
