The Space
Walking into the home, you are greeted by a bright, open layout living room, dining area, and kitchen full of natural light from several large windows. The living room is furnished with all new furniture, a 55” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, and several board games, puzzles, and books. The dining area has seating for six and a separate laundry space with a large capacity washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use. In the kitchen, you will find a beautiful new refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to prepare any meal. The first floor master bedroom is very spacious and contains a king size memory foam bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large bathtub, and walk in closet. Back at the front of the home are the stairs and half bathroom. Upstairs, the foosball table on the landing is a ton of fun for kids or kids at heart. Both guest bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses, large closets, and are connected by a Jack & Jill bathroom with bathtub and shower. This home also has a garage with a smart opener and a small outdoor patio.

This home is one half of a duplex. You will have full, private access to the home, garage, and yard on the right side. The left side is occupied by a tenant, so please do not block that side of the driveway. There are no openings or doors between the two units.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was spot on—close to many attractions in Fort Worth, yet the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and peaceful. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring. We would absolutely stay here again.

10/10 This place is beautiful and spacious.Very clean, has everything you need for your stay. The owners are very easy to get in touch with if you need them. Very close to the interstate which is what we were looking for. If I could have given it a 12/10, I would have.

Home was excellent! Just what we needed for our stay. The only negative was the bottom floor stays pretty chilly while the upstairs was at 80. But we were here during the 22 degree weather. Cleanliness of the home was ten stars!!
