About this apartment rental
Our bright and welcoming "Seeadler" vacation rental is located on the top floor of our vacation home, which has a total of three vacation rentals. From here, it’s just a few hundred meters on foot to the Bodden. Restaurants, a weekly market (Wednesdays and Saturdays during peak season), a fresh fish market, and a bakery are all within a few minutes’ walk. You can explore the region (Ahrenshoop, Born, Prerow, Zingst, and, of course, the Weststrand) by bike right from the house.
Our small, cozy attic apartment sleeps up to 2 people. It features an open, bright, and cheerfully furnished living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The adjacent open kitchenette with dining area is fully equipped.
There are two sleeping options: a small sleeping loft in the attic area, accessible via a staircase from the living area, with two beds (no continuous mattress; 1st bed 80x190 cm, 2nd bed 80x180 cm) and the sofa in the living area (which folds out into a full-size bed with an Ergoflex slatted frame and gel-foam mattress, sleeping surface 140x200 cm). The small bathroom, with a shower and toilet, opens off the living area. Almost all windows, except for the bathroom window and the balcony door, are equipped with insect screens. The small balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets.
The garden offers quiet, sheltered seating areas, a lawn for sunbathing, and a barbecue area. It is available for use by all guests. There is a lockable shed for bicycles you bring with you. One parking space is available, and a second parking space can be arranged upon request.
For the little ones, we can provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge upon request. The apartment has high-speed fiber-optic internet.
Prices include all utility costs: electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi internet access, and a parking space.
If you need bed linens and towels, please indicate this when booking. The linen package can be added for 25.00 EUR per person.
