Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is assigned parking for a max of 1 vehicle. The complex includes a total of 4 community overflow parking spots for the entire building available on first come first serve basis, but 1 car is strongly recommended as there are no additional parking options on site and parking is very strict. Terrific property - Amazing view and location with great amenities. Little details like washer/dryer, humidifiers and fans for all the rooms were so great for these Texans and their kids who weren't used to CO dry air & dirty wet snow gear! Also major bonus points for a kid-safe fire place that kept us cozy without worrying about kids getting close. We loved our stay & highly recommend.

This is our 2nd time using Winter Park Escape and everything was perfect! The condo is fabulous and modern and the shower had great water pressure. The check in instructions were very precise and we found the place with no problems. Loved the free activities through explorie. Though we didn't do any extra activities, we did use the free voucher for airport shuttle. Only thing wrong was the check in instructions said the hot tub was on level 1 but the hot tub actually on level 2. We were walking around with bathing suit and towel and ran into another guest who told us the hot tub was on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal though.
We would definitely come back and book again.

Condo was great. Would most likely come back. A later check out would be nice (check out is at 10a). We tried many times to get ahold of management for a later check out, but never heard back from anyone.
