Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

House was exactly as pictured. Very easy process. Will definitely seek it out again for our next trip.

Really cute house and nice little space but there were a LOT of moths mostly in the pantry but also all over the house. We checked under beds and the couch before checking out because we have three young kids so we were making sure we didn’t lose socks or toys and it was very dusty and dirty - I would be embarrassed to have company if it were my home. The checkout instructions included starting the dishwasher - I did so and water immediately started pouring out of the bottom of the dishwasher. The refrigerator light did not work and the washing machine for laundry was very dirty. The whole house looks like it could use with proper cleaning and it was very uncomfortable preparing or eating food in the space because of the bugs. The property was listed as pet friendly and the pictures showed fencing but the yard is not actually fenced in. We are unpacking our belongings from the trip now and there are moths in our clothes so this is overall very uncomfortable.
