About this house rental
Unwind at this newly renovated apartment steps from Downtown Littleton and its amazing shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars! Located only a 5 min walk away from the Light Rail Station, train into Downtown Denver or the Airport.

-Platte River Trail (amazing biking and walking trail) - 2 min walk
-Breckenridge Brewery- 10 min walk/5 min drive
-Chatfield State Park (and great Paddle Boarding) - 15 min drive
-Red Rocks Amphitheater- 25 min drive/Uber

This garden level apartment is accessed via a private entrance on the backside of the main house. You'll receive your personalized access code before you check-in.
Enter into the foray and drop off your hiking boots and jackets before continuing into the living room with 50" TV, sofa with a memory foam pull-out and dining table.
In the Kitchen you'll find all the gear needed to whip up a great meal or strong pot of coffee.
The sparkling bathroom has an amazing modern shower and is stocked with toiletries and towels for your stay.
Begin and end your day in the large bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and closet and catch the golden hour light as it comes in through the expansive window.
-Guest access-
You will have full access to the downstairs apartment and yard. Sorry at this time, pets are not allowed. We have some hops plants in the backyard that can be toxic for our furry friends. Free parking is available just outside on the street.
-Other things to note-
We do live upstairs when we're not traveling, so we will respect our noise levels, as we would expect in return.

Great apartment walkable to downtown Littleton! Host was very responsive and we loved all the restaurant recommendations. You MUST get a cinnamon roll from Born2Bake!

This was our second stay. It’s a wonderful place and we look forward to staying here again when we’re back in the area.

This apartment is cozy. I gave it 3 stars because there is no air conditioning, laundry facility or dishwasher. Also, thank goodness I brought my surface. The television did not work. There is only street parking and the house next door is apparently a habitat for humanity project. This is okay, but knowing you have arrived at your VRBO by passing a porta potty is not the greatest.
