Vacasa staff handled a couple issues quite well. As for the ambience of the townhouse, it's great. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. The views from within and outside the unit are great. My mother & I enjoyed living there.

Nice area with gated pool/hot tub. We were not given the gate code to the pool or bathrooms at the pool area. We had to call and we were given a wrong code. Fortunately a local man gave us his code so we could use the pool.
Also working the TV’s (Roku) was a challenge to figure out. It would have been helpful if instructions were there typed out. some of the area wasn’t as clean as it could have been.
All in all, we had a great trip!

It was very convenient. The kitchen island had tiny ants that came out whenever food was placed on the island, other than that driving my daughter nuts it was great.

Quiet and peaceful. The property is in immaculate condition. The place looks exactly like the photo. Definitely a home away from home!
