About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 1Bed/1Bath apartment unit with brand new furnishings located on a quiet street with ample free parking. Perfect for travel nurses, business professionals, or guests in need of interim housing of 30+ days.
House Rules:
1. No smoking of any kind inside the unit or within 30 feet of the building. Smoking includes vaping, marijuana, cigars etc.
2. Quiet hours are 9pm-7am; but please be respectful of all guests at all hours as some guests work nights and sleep during the day. Be mindful of TV noise, foot traffic, closing doors, and voices.
3. Pets must be accounted for and leashed on property and hallways at all times. We are a pet friendly facility. We charge a monthly pet fee.
4. Early or late check-out fees apply and are not guaranteed. Please speak with host directly to coordinate and get pricing.
5. It is the responsibility of the guest to take trash to designated trash can and have it out by the curb on trash collection day, or evening prior.
6. Laundry is located in basement. Please be considerate of other guest's use and remove clothes in a timely manner.
7. Parking: there is ample street parking in front of and across the street from the building. Parking in front of the garage in the back should only be used when confirmed with the host.

The property is conveniently located very clean and the host Megan is amazing easy to contact as well as easy to address anything you may need assistance on .I would highly recommend this cute little charmer for long term or short term

My husband and I needed a place to stay while we were shopping for a home to buy, and this was the perfect spot for us and our dog! Megan is very easy to communicate with, and the apartments are cute with the essentials that you need.

I booked on really short notice, and communication with Megan was awesome! She was able to turn around booking very quickly which alleviated some of the stress about this trip right away. Check in was by the book, and everything in order right off the start.
I was in Westwood for about a month and a half, and the whole time communication was great, Megan was super responsive to any and all questions.
The unit was as described, really clean and actually bigger than I expected. Amenities were on point, working size kitchen replete with pots, pans, plates, drinkware & utensils. Drip coffee machine (with filters too).
Plenty of closet space if your considering a longer stay - though there is shared washer & dryer available (and new!)
Location: The neighborhood is nice, mix of big older homes for those who like to house gaze while walking. I enjoyed my daily walks.
Amenities: There are a host of local establishments nearby. Coffee house, tap room, Pub/restaurant with outdoor seating, BBQ (really good brisket) and a well rated restaurant all within a 10 minute walk. Other amenities include a barber shop (thanks Tay Blendz) and a little longer of a walk but one of Great Parks newest additions.
Pets: For those with dogs, there are two dog parks & a groomer also within walking distance.
Driving: Easy access to all major routes (71,75 etc) about 1/2 hour to downtown & close to most hospitals for you nurses.
Can't thank Megan enough for a great place to call home for a bit.
