About this apartment rental
Only a block away from the East River boardwalk which has unobstructed stunning views of the Manhattan skyline as well as access to the ferry stop which takes you to Dumbo and Manhattan (Financial District or Upper East Side — same price as the subway).
We are a few blocks away from the Bedford L stop which is only 1 stop outside of Manhattan as well as a half block away from a Citi bike station which allows you to bike all around Brooklyn and over the bridges into Manhattan.
Walking distance from amazing Williamsburg destinations such as Domino Park, Martha P. Johnson State Park, Williamsburg Bridge, Mccarren Park, Radegast, and many many others. A half block away from Trader Joes and a few blocks away from several other grocery stores (Whole Foods, Brooklyn Harvest, Tenichi (Japanese Market)) as well as highly rated restaurants (Tonchin, Cafe Mogador, Sunday in Brooklyn, Misi, The Four Horseman, Lilia, etc.) Immediately under our building is a delicious sandwich, pastry and coffee shop named Depanneur that we love to grab morning coffee from as well as a coffee shop right across the street called Blank Street. I cannot emphasis enough how many things are in a few block radius, you will have so much to explore!
This historical loft is a converted textile factory and offers large windows with lots of light, extremely high ceilings, concrete floors, and very little noise from neighbors and the streets below.
Our rooftop is the one of the largest I have seen in all of Williamsburg and is available to all tenants at all times. It’s perfect for morning coffees, sun tanning in the summer, and star gazing with blankets.
Please reach out with any questions at all! We cannot wait to meet you.
