About this house rental
Nature meets luxury in our modern treehouse, floating above the Canyons. Gasp as you open the front door to jaw-dropping views! Exquisitely furnished w/ designer pieces, you'll feel as though you stepped into a magazine. Enjoy the dual living rooms & 2 fireplaces; The ultra-luxe swing fits 4ppl w/ a sheepskin at your feet, or watch a movie on the 75” QLED TV. Each morning you will be welcomed by songs of nature on any of the large balconies over-looking a pristine Golf Course.

Our open-floor plan home is fully upgraded, well kept, and super comfortable!
Spectacular views from every room, this two level treehouse sleeps 6.
The chef-equipped kitchen has everything you need for making a home cooked meal, including Vitamix, Coffee Maker, and more!
All mattresses are hotel-worthy.
Don’t skip out on taking a bubble bath in the Jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom.
2 car garage w/ Tesla Charger Included. + additional 2 car parking in driveway.
Laundry room includes Iron.
Alexa and Sonos sound to personalize your music experience.
High-Speed 5-G Internet.
Smart TV for entertainment, though you'll have plenty to keep you inspired!
There is no detail overlooked in making sure you will feel at home.
Every sunset is a time to reset, here, in our picturesque home.

The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception owner lock-offs.
Other things to note
We live on a unique sewer system, please be mindful:
DO NOT put any food down the sink & DO NOT put anything except toilet paper down toilets. Subject to maintance fines if violated.
We strive to provide an exceptional experience. House rules are mandatory, and an additional $400 cleaning fee will apply if House is left in unfavorable condition. An additional $500 for each person not listed on reservation and guests arriving with pets will be asked to leave without refund. And lastly, because we are in a fire zone ; smoking is absolutely forbidden and will incur a fee of $1000 if violated.

The property is stunning in every way…inside and out. Definitely lives up to its claim to “million dollar views.” Our family enjoyed much-needed time together in a truly relaxing, beautifully appointed environment. Justin and Mackenzie are welcoming and responsive hosts. Highly recommend this special place in the beautiful SoCal hills. We hope to come back.

Such a great property with an even more amazing view - very very cozy. Neighborhood is great. Host was very responsive and helpful.Only recommendation is to get curtains as property gets a lot of light.Will definitely be back!
