New rental! Brand new furniture throughout in April 2022. Upscale, like new home features a large chef’s kitchen with oversized refrigerator/freezer, screened back porch with collapsible doors from the living room, impressively relaxing backyard, and proximity to the beach make it perfect for families, couples, and golfers! The house has a private heated pool (separate charge) and available for heating from March to November. HHI STR Permit #: 034718

Our main purpose to rent a house was for a large garage for our show car for the Hilton Head Island Concourse. The garage was perfect and the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were perfect. We did not use the kitchen - coffee pots and appliances were top notch! We definitely plan to return! Highly recommend few house!

The house was clean and well kept. The pool and backyard are very nice and we enjoyed spending time out there. It was plenty of space for my family of 4.

Great location.Easy walk to the private beach! Awsome shade at the pool and perfect screened in porch for the summer bugs.Bedding and beds were comfy!
